Pre-K Early Childhood Program
The child must be 3 years of age by December 30th to be eligible for the program. Three- year-olds are given first preference.
The Pre-Kindergarten Early Childhood Program is a two-year program. The program has children in it that are 3 and 4 years of age. All children must be completely toilet trained.
Kindergarten
The child must be 5 years of age by December 30th to be eligible for the program.
First Grade
The child must be 6 years of age by December 30th to be eligible for the program.
Tuition 2012-2013
THE TUITION PERIOD FOR ALL GRADES RUNS FROM AUGUST TO MAY
Pre-Kindergarten
$4,500 per year per student ($450 per month over 10 months) + $300.00 materials fee
Materials fee per student is payable with August's tuition
Fundraising Fee per family per year - $300 (This replaces all fundraising activities)
Kindergarten - 8th Grade
$4,000 per year per student ($400 over 10 months) + $300 materials fee
Families with two or more children will receive a reduced rate
Materials fee per student is payable with August's tuition
Fundraising Fee per family per year - $300 (This replaces all fundraising activities)
Other Fees:
Graduation Fee: 8TH GRADE ONLY - $350
Graduation Fee: KINDERGARTEN ONLY- $75
Acceptance into Holy Name School
You will be notified by mail after your child's screening or entrance exam. Upon notification of acceptance, you must return the acceptance letter with the first month's tuition and material fee, which is non-refundable, by the deadline indicated on your letter. After that date the placement will not be held. Final acceptance into the school is dependent on all fees being paid, in full, to your child's previous school.
Morning Care and After School Programs
There are three components to Holy Name's Morning Care and After School Programs
1. Morning care is for Pre-K and K and runs from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
2. After School Program (ASP) is for Grades Pre-K to 4th and runs from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. For Grades 4-8, a tutoring and activity program is run in the school and the Franciscan Community Center.
These programs provide working parents the assurance that their child will be in a safe structured environment. There is a fee for the After School(ASP) care. Morning care and tutoring programs for Grades 4-8 are free of charge.
Immunization
Proof of complete immunization must be presented at registration. No child is permitted to begin school without being properly immunized.

3. Up-to-date Record of Immunization
4. Parent's and child's Social Security number
5. Your child's most recent Report Card (Grades 1 - 8)
6. $200 application fee - non-refundable
