PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOL REQUIRING AUDITIONS

 

Dear Parents,

There are a number of Public High Schools that require Auditions. These are mostly your "music, theater and art" schools. These schools require that I send to them a summary sheet in order to indicate if we have any students that will include them on their Public H.S. Application.

I am listing those "audition" schools below. If you plan on listing any one as one of your choices on the Public H.S. Application, please indicate that below by putting a "yes" next to the name of the school. Also circle the particular program your child is interested in.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR CHILD MUST BE EXTREMELY TALENTED IN THAT PROGRAM AREA IN ORDER TO AUDITION FOR ONE OF THESE SCHOOLS. YOU CAN FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE SCHOOLS BY LOOKING IN THE H.S. DIRECTORY.

This form must be returned to me on Friday, OCTOBER 3RD. If it is not, even if you list the school on your application, your child will not receive an admission ticket for the audition or test.
