Dear Parents of 8th Grade Students:

Please list below your three CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL CHOICES for your child. The purpose of this is so that the 8th grade teachers along with myself may review your choices in order to offer suggestions if we feel that your choices are not realistic.

You, of course, have the final say as to which Catholic High School you wish your child's test scores sent.

Please write your choices below and have your child return this sheet to the teacher by WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 29^TH.

THE ACTUAL CHOICES WILL BE WRITTEN ON THE TACHS ADMISSION CARD ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6^TH DURING SCHOOL TIME. THE TACHS EXAM IS FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7^TH.
