THE CONCERT PATH
This is a story about eight friends who
were on their way to a concert. On the way, their car runs out
of gas. Noun says that he saw a gas station a few blocks back
and decides to leave the gang and look for it. Noun tells his
best friend, Pronoun to take his place behind the wheel. Noun's
girlfriend, Adjective, is worried that he might not come back.
She follows him to the gas station to make sure he is okay. Another
one of Noun's friends, Verb says that he will check for an extra
gas tank. Verb says that Adverb should help because he and Adverb
make a good team. Adverb decides to help Verb search. A few hours
later, Noun and Adjective return with a tank of gas. There is
only one problem, only Conjunction knows how to put in the gas
and he is no where to be found! Noun, Adjective, Pronoun, Verb,
and Adverb split up to look for Conjunction. Interjection and
Preposition are too lazy so they decide to stay by the car. Noun
tells them to keep an eye on the car. Interjection becomes annoying
by yelling Exclamatory remarks at Preposition. Preposition pushes
Interjection, and he trips over the gas tank and it spills. A
few minutes later, the gang returns with Conjunction and sees
that their gas tank is empty! Interjection and Preposition start
fighting over whose fault it is that the gas spilled. Conjunction
makes them stop fighting and they become friends again. Noun and
Adjective walk back to the gas station to get a new gas tank.
They return ten minutes later with the gas and Conjunction fills
up the car. With everything fixed, they start to drive to the
concert.
